This is not a themed exhibition. We aim no Zeitgeist, neither a chronogical itinerary. Piloto is an experiment — rather, a tool for interpreting behavior, whether from the visitor's perspective or the creator's expression, shaped by their cultural and social dynamics.
Here, you will find a fragmentary sample of Brazil's urban landscape. Crossing all the way from the south of the country, where Italian-rooted, family-owned furniture factories thrive, through São Paulo, the country's financial epicenter, whose energy pulses toward global contemporary relevance, while up north, handcrafted artworks emerge from the community and the vast natural surroundings.
From a distance, a certain distortion of volumetry sets the tone — an invitation to step closer and grasp the message behind each piece. Quite literally: a black button positioned on the wall allows you to tap your phone for further insights. Design is a loud tool of communication — perhaps the only reason we still work in this field. Listen closely.
Take it in. Pass it on.
